While trauma is my specialty and being able to find the route cause of the trauma so you can make sense of it and process it, the breadth of my expertise extends to other areas. These also include; Phobias, Emetophobia, Binge Eating, and tailored treatments for those navigating the challenges of Long Term Health conditions.
I approach each patient as a unique individual, working collaboratively to create a personalised treatment plan. Utilising a blend of worksheets, modules, and between-session tasks, together, I'll ensure you receive the most relevant and efficient treatment promptly.
